Preloved Clothing – Final Sale:

All preloved (secondhand) clothing is final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns. Please ensure you're satisfied with the item before purchasing.

New Clothing – 14-Day Refund Policy

We offer refunds on new clothing within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as:

• Tags are still attached

• You provide proof of receipt

• The item is in original condition (unworn and unwashed)​

 

In-Store Refunds:

If you're returning in person, please bring the item, your receipt, and ensure the tags are attached. Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping a Return:

If you're mailing back your return:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once received.
